Do I need a subscription to use BMB?+
Yes. Build My Brand is included with an active Premium subscription. You'll need to subscribe to (or upgrade to) the Premium plan before you can submit a product request. The 5% commission is charged separately on each order, on top of your subscription.
What products can I manufacture through BMB?+
Almost any physical consumer product — apparel, footwear, accessories, bags, electronics, homeware, stationery, and more. Submit a request and our team will assess manufacturability within 1–2 business days.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Minimum order quantities vary by product type and manufacturer. Typical MOQs range from 100 to 500 units. Our team will confirm MOQ when submitting your quotation.
How does the 5% commission work?+
In addition to your Premium subscription, we charge a flat 5% on the product purchase cost for each order. It's shown as a separate line item in every quotation and invoice. For a $10,000 order, our fee is $500.
Can I order samples before committing?+
Yes — always. After quotation, you can request physical samples of any variants. Pay online via Stripe or bank transfer and receive samples before placing a full production order.
What happens if QC fails my standards?+
You review QC photos and videos in your dashboard. If quality doesn't meet agreed criteria, raise a dispute. Our team will work with the manufacturer to remediate — a new QC round is submitted for your approval at no extra charge.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank wire transfers. Choose at the time of deposit and balance payment. Payment links are sent directly to your email and dashboard.
How long does a typical order take?+
On average 45–60 business days from deposit confirmation to dispatch. Rush production (25–35 days) is available at a premium. Your order agreement will include a confirmed production timeline.
Who handles customs and import duties?+
As per the order agreement, all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in the destination country remain the client's responsibility. Our team can advise on typical duty rates for your product category.
